 Recently Form Simplicity announced a new e-signing solution within the Form Simplicity program. This process will save St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of REALTORS time in obtaining signatures on documents that are secure, encrypted, legally binding and affordable.

 On Friday, November 18, 2011, the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS® installed the 2012 Officers and Directors at the Casa Monica Hotel. At the same function, the Board held its 4th Annual of Trees (Christmas tree and wreath auction for the Education Scholarship Fund).

 On October 28, 2011, the St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of REALTORS® started production on their video detailing the history of the Board. Past presidents were interviewed on their tenure and asked questions about how the real estate market and St. Augustine has changed from their Presidency to today’s current market climate.
